Prost sounds good in my book but I'm good with wherever

So yeah. Driving the bus last night was one of those events that let you know you are alive. Cold, heavy downfalls, sketchy fun times!

So I don't blame anyone for not driving and showing.

Mike and Brian were there with me and Andrew. Nice 72 Westfalia and an 87 Vanagon Adventurer. I drove the panel and Andrew had his 76 Westfalia.

Pretty chill as described. I didn't even set the BN4 a fire. Heres some shots of the gang.

It was Brian's first time with us so he wore a condom on his Vanagon Wink

I was in Canda hunting Canucks so I missed Das Berliner. I'm up for West Seattle and have a place in mind if no one else does. I was thinking Talarico's Pizza or Elliot Bay Brewery next door. What works for you guys? How does the 7th sound?

Love Elliot Bay brewing. We go there every time we visit my wife's friend in Alki. I won't make it this winter though. Sad

Prost or Elliot Bay brewing. I dont care. They are both on California so Id say what ever one has ample exterior parking for all the bays. Extra lot next door or behind - that kind of thing.

I'll look into parking and room as soon as we settle on a date. How many for the 7th? I don't care if it's just me and one other but the more the marrier.

I might be able to make it. Would be coming off a 16 hour work day. But if the weather is nice ( not pissing rain ) Katie drives, and I can crash in the Z bed on the way up. I just might show up Very Happy
Oh, and I would need to spend the night in someone's driveway. So put me down for a last minute maybe Wink

Thanks for the offer Very Happy
Katie's on board for the drive. So if my work schedule permits and
Weather holds up, I'm in.

I think we should go to Prost ( http://www.prostwestseattle.com/ ), goes with the VW theme and there is parking out back.

Xevin, great! I hope to see yall there.

So it looks like we have a possible 5 so I'll work on the reservations. Now it's time to settle on the time. I say 7 or earlier in hopes of parking out front to set atmosphere. Laughing

Great way to lead up to a gathering. Fix that bus and get it to the meet.

I may have a special treat or two - depends on availability ; ) Wink
