EJ25 coolant hose routing

In fixing a coolant leak, I had the van apart for a while. The labels I put on the hoses that go from the EJ25 engine to the radiator fell off, and I forget which hose from the engine connect to the high or low on the radiator. My fault for not writing things down.

Anyone have a diagram to help a bro out? Talking about the two long used-to-be-plastic-and-are-now-metal hoses that run the length of the van up to the radiator.
