@Bleyseng — I think I saw your van this weekend too! I'm in South Seattle, Columbia City area, and I saw a beautiful red van like yours near a teriyaki shop on Rainier. |
Welcome to the mania! Look forward to pictures |

Come on there's gotta be more Van action in the PNW!
We drove for 12 days (WA, OR, CA) and by far the most vans (on the road!) were seen in WA & OR.
Except for SyncroFest.....where ~286 Vanagons showed up.... |
I know this is the Washington role call thread, but we've got TWO Vanagon only groups in Portland that meet regularly as well as a general classic VW group that has a lot of Vanagons. There's also the Wet Westies that is a PNW wide VW Camper group that organizes group camps regularly all over the PNW.
There's a Portland area VW cruise this Sunday that'll have a lot of Vanagons on it(Likely including me). Most of them seem to organize on FB vs here, but we exist |

No got. Water boxer engine peripherals, rooftop box, ARB screen room, Westy fridge cabinet door and frame (gray) GW windshield wrap, ABS door panels, a NAPA awning, carpet threshold (gray) and some other bits.
The only table I have is the front table on the back leg and I'm using it. _________________ '90 White Westy ("White Lightning")

We could have an 2 Van Olympia Meet up one of these days Since I’m here once a week.
|
Since I bought the Vanagon during pandemic times I never got to meet with the Olympia Vanagon folks. Sold the Olympia home a couple weeks ago and moved Xatie back down to Portland since nobody is going back to the office. All remote now. I’ll miss it. I loved Olympia. So I’m out of the Washington roll call. But you gained Bleyseng. He’s better then me anyways. That’s a great guy.
If there’s ever a big Vanagon meet up. Let me know. _________________ Keep on Busin'
