Front discs wouldn't put pressure in to the pedal, so I had a 2LB residual valve put in. One for each side. Pressure in the pedal now.

You are better than me. I saw a stock restored oval for sale a while back, all I could do was envision some chrome BBTs, a 356 super 90 swap and lowered with a Cal-Look stance.

Yes purists this bug is slammed and incorrect but guess what??? IDGAF!!! MY CAR!!!! Very Happy

Nice attitude. I love seeing stock, correct, perfect VWs...... but not in my garage. I was looking for a 63 and ended up with a 63 body on a 64 pan with a 66 decklid, an unknown year hood and at least three different brand fenders so I have no problem modifying it to the way I want it.

Your bug is looking good.

I think I scared away some purists with that line Laughing

I do appreciate their input, but don't tell me how my car should look or sit is all.

And I agree with you, "I love seeing stock, correct, perfect VWs...... but not in my garage. ".

I like having something thats personalized to my likings, not factory stock.

Then we pulled the motor, thinking the throwout bearing popped off or his clutch went out.... This was two days prior to a car show....

All it was, was a spun drum............ Evil or Very Mad

Heres my car, low, with empi five spokes...

Thats all I have for now.

Car still isn't driving. Need to either replace rear drivers brake line hose or unclog it. Not sure the problem yet. Goin to disconenct from master an blow some air through it to see whats up, but no fluid will come through.

Front wheels on... Waiting on smaller tires then the front will be lower. Changing rear brakes soon, then rear wheels will be on.
