Post is a little old lol but What tire profile are you running if you don’t mind? Also narrowed beam or stock beam with drop spindles?

I live in VB and was completely psyched when I saw that they had put old VWs in the showroom! Too bad they don't let you get in those, however.

If you're ever in the Virginia Beach, Va. area, I highly recommend that you stop by Checkered Flag VW and check out some of the pristine Beetles that they have on display. Totally awesome...

It was just a matter of positioning them inside of the head light ring before installing the ring...just turn them by hand..

That's a rear hood emblem, there is a vintage front hood emblem that looks like this

that would be more appropriate for the front.
