Ah, ok, so cut the flange off the old exhaust and then weld it onto the F150 muffler. The Westy's exhaust makes the Titanic look showroom fresh.

Yes. You'll need to weld on a flange for the cat side. And maybe for the tail pipe too depending on what you choose.
