Can anyone identify this Westfalia veneer?

I just recently purchased the 71 with the Westfallia interior and I have never seen this type of veneer does anyone have any idea what it is or what it’s called thanks for the help?

Not original. Looks like walnut burl formica.

Walnut Burl is what I thought as well!! The person I purchased the Bus from bought it in 1994.

He lived in San Diego and I brought it here to Phoenix and the heat has caused some pieces to delaminate and separate . And I know that he did not add the walnut burl.

I was thinking this was a stock option because if it was a re-veneer it is a fantastic re-veneer job.

It looks stock with all the correct Westfalia trim, handles etc.
