How much can a roof rack hold (stock)

How much can normal beetle roof racks hold? I am planning on building a military type bug and want to put ammo boxes on top. Will a stock roof rack hold these and a spare tire? Or am I stuck building my own. I don't have a tube bender, can you purchase these heavy duty ones anywhere? Thanks.

I don't know about one if those stock ones tho I've seen plenty of pics with those racks packed with camping gear..but they still cost $200-400 you can get a Bender cheaper than that...as for production HD racks the only one I have found is on bugzlya.com (spelling*?). Real nice solid looking rack but they run $5-700+ shipping
