Total turd.
The panel went for almost $20k, pretty good deal for the buyer I think. |
I think that panel was a fair deal for the buyer. _________________ '73 Westy (dual stock carbs, SVDA w/ compufire)

I wouldn't be trying to put out fires with that Bus, but I would collect it if I had the space and money. That's museum level complete. _________________ "OG = Original German" -- TheSamba.com dictionary |

As noted off topic, did not sell at $53k. An unusual case where exotic and rare don't necessarily equate to desirability, at least at that price point, where price vs. practicality have a big gap. I'm sure there's a museum somewhere that needs that Bus though. _________________ My name's Steve and it's pronounced "Bust 'em" (cuz people think I'm Tom) 😏 |

This bus is both a lot of bus for the money, and a lot of money for the bus. Firetrucks and ambulances are not people friendly cars, so they have a fairly limited market. They do tend to among the nicest condition buses out there since they were usually well cared for and not driven much. _________________ .
