I have an '87 Wolfsburg. The A/C ducts that run front-to-back on the ceiling fell down when I drive over a speed bump. They are too damaged to repair.
Does anyone know where I might be able to find a new set of A/C ducts - preferably in gray.

Welcome to the Forum!
Look for someone removing their non-op A/C with this feature, and then jump on it like “a duck on a June bug”. By the way, back in the day there was a recall by VW to add metal mounting brackets that more securely attached the duct to the ceiling. I am not aware of any reproductions out there, so find the best used sections you can.

i recently payed $250 for some that were in better shape than what i had.
i found them by messaging members who had part-out ads in the classifieds.
gray ones are harder to find.
as dave mentioned, you may want to reevaluate what you consider "too broken". they are very repairable and making the mounts more durable is pretty easy.
