I need to redrill the opening for the headlight switch as the previously butchered hole had to be welded shut. Borrowing a pic from another thread. I need the measurement "K6".

Thanks,
Byas

Hello Byas,

I have a 1958 Karmann Ghia. From center to center, the distance between each hole at K6 is 56mm.

Best regards,

Clayt

Thanks Clayt! On FB I got a response of 58mm from a 61 car. Wonder if this is within the error range of measurements or whether later cars were indeed a bit more separated.

I measured off of my 65' Ghia Convertible: I'd call it closer to 55mm, but it may just be my poor measuring abilities.
