Genuine Bosch starter for Volkswagen/Vanagon. Remanufactured/Rebuilt unit by Bosch! Bosch Part Number SR-19X (which crosses to various versions of Volkswagen Part Number 091 911 023. Application information sourced from Bosch 2000 Alternator and Starter Remanufactured catalog! Believe to be Early rebuild, box has 1992 date-list of work performed is also on box-including Drive lubricated with high temp lubriplate, new rollers, spring , cap, 100% new self-lubricating armature support bushings, Field Coils tested for insulation quality & performance and more! Likewise listed work performed for Solenoid, Armature, and Commutator. This unit has been in and out of box few times, has minor box chaff in places-one nut and washer minor rust (attachs to solenoid terminal). Includes "Bushing" which must be installed prior to installing starter as well as oiled!! Solenoid made in Germany-unsure about Starter. Applicable to/for 1981-to November 1986 (Partial Model Year 1987) all Manual transmissions. For 1981 Bosch lists from 24B093611 on-----!
