We only utilize 100% new laser cut steel. The tubes are laser cut .120" seamless DOM tubing, and CNC formed mounts. By using all laser cut parts, we are able to greatly reduce the labor cost, improve the accuracy and finish of our parts. We also build all beams on a custom fixture streamlining the process, and guaranteeing accuracy. This allows us to sell a great beam, at a lower price. Our beams are welded by professional welders with 200+ amp 220volt welders.
We don't think you should need to wait months to receive your parts. We try to keep everything in stock and ship quickly.
All link pin beams are now shipped with Hard slick Delrin style bushings. These fit our thicker tubing and the arms perfectly. No more squishy urethane, or super tight fitting bushings.
