1993 Eurovan low miles, needs motor Price: $1350
|
I bought this 1993 Eurovan automatic many years ago, 2005 maybe? It's been inside most of the time. Never got around to fixing it. Pretty low miles at 112k. The 5 cylinder code AAF petrol engine was badly overheated. Engine is probably rebuildable with a different head or welding the head. These motors will go long miles if you keep up with the plastic cooling system fittings. (I've heard over 300k!) It's Jamaica blue metallic code LL5V. a pretty neat color. The paint has several spots of surface rust, but I'd try to blend them in if you like the color. Since it has been sitting so long, it will of course need brake hydraulics and fuel system flush. And tires. It has a few mouse holes in the center and rear seat.
These are under appreciated cars in the US. I have another 93 and I love it. Though I wish it had a bit more power than 109hp!
It's also good candidate for a TDI conversion.
