CB Performance Linkage Ball Bearing Upgrade Price: $126 shipped

Install this Ball Bearing upgrade in your CB Performance hex bar linkage to eliminate the play that eventually occurs.
The ball stud that CB supplies has such a small contact area that the bore in the end of the hex bar wears badly. When this happens, the hex bar moves radially instead of opening the carb. There's simply no way to synchronize your carb's linkage with this kind of play.
This kit installs into your existing linkage, even if the ends of the hex bar are badly worn. In some cases, you may have to shorten your hex bar to provide space for this bearing kit.
