The Evolution Two cooling system has an innovative fan shroud, and this is it, now as a standalone product (still comes with the oil cooler block-off).
This is for use with a standard backing plate and fan combination.
Also, available for pre-order, is a fresh air heat version as well!
With a standard backing plate and OEM fan, you will get a 40+% increase in airflow. This is the highest performing fan shroud on the market by far, and it achieves this airflow through it's innovative air vane design, which gives balanced airflow to both sides of the engine, and correct airflow percentages to the cylinder heads and cylinders. The overall design reduces restrictions to airflow (reduced static pressure), and makes the stock fan seem like a super fan.
A customer has been testing this on his 2180 cc VW Bus, and he as been seeing a 12 to 15 degree drop in his head temperatures (a Dakota digital cylinder head temp. gauge, which are quite accurate). This was cruising at 70 mph on a hot day fairly recently.
