Originally exported to France in 1964 before finding its way to Austria in about 1967, still has some Austrian documents with it, before coming to the UK in the 90's where it had a full restoration, photos of which are with the history file. A smaller overhaul done in about 2016 before Type 2 Detectives did most of the running gear and lower sections of the bodywork. I then bought it in 2022 and had the remaining bodywork dealt with.
It’s a beautiful reliable van, it took my from Newcastle Upon Tyne to Chimay in Belgium last summer and ran perfectly there and back - that’s most of the 1300 miles on the clock.
Happy to help with shipping, can provide additional photos and videos on request.
