76 muffler strap bolt size

Can anyone tell me the bolt size for the muffler strap?

Po welded over the hole I want to get the correct tap size.

I’m being pretty generous with the term weld. A filler metal of some sort was boogered on is probably a better description. I was able to cut the booger flush with the original tapped hole with a cutting disc on my grinder and the plug in the tapped hole drilled out pretty easily. Just waiting for the tap now.
