| ^ I did not overlook Doug's passing. I've been trying to remember the few times I met him, either at the Berg shop in SoCal in the early '90's when I was in the general area for a business trip, or at a VW drag racing event such as at a HotVWs Drag Day Irwindale in the mid '90's. Hard to imagine that we lost Gene in late 1995! 30 years goes fast, unlike for poor Dee (Gene's widow) who lost a husband and son. |

Wow. I completely missed this. Doug wasn't that old either.
