I'll be waiting to see how these install as well. The big thing for me is rubber that seals against the painted surface. My windshield chanel is very clean and painted a year ago. So I know it's smooth. My non-molded seal really shrunk up over this past year pulling away from the body of the car. I hope these have lots of rubber on them. _________________ When I set my timing, why do I flush, then take a pee? |

Looks good. I will be ordering one soon. My wife an I are getting to be pros at installing this windshield. I thought it was just the install that was causing the leak...after several times re-installing and similar results, I just avoid heavy rain if I can. I will give one of these a try. _________________ 1964 Notchback

Got a package from ISP today.
Here's a few shots of the new vs. old seals. The new one has more ribs inside for the seal, and the corners are definitely better. The rubber is also a bit more flexible.

Maybe they will give us a discount if we turn our old ones in. _________________ '65 T346 RHD sunroof

I'll be ordering up the windshield piece. Mine has shrunk up pretty bad over the past year and is pulling away from the body on the corners and now even the top:

I did call ISP and ordered a front/rear set yesterday (already have the popout seals).
I'm surprised there's no pictures of these yet, or a close up in the ad. If someone doesn't get to it before me I'll take some photos next week. _________________ 69 Fastback Build

as far as fit and quality i think i read that they have been real world testing them for over a year and the whole wait to release them was to see how the testing went. i think the concern may have been not only the initial fit and finish but getting an idea of how they held up to time also. not a bad idea since even ones that fit well initially seem to shrink and leak/crack/etc within a year in most cases...ken.... _________________ ITMC
