Many thanks to Brian!
The intake CFM converted to 25" water are fairly close to what I could find on the wayback machine that CB published back in the day for these.

In case someone is interested:

Send me one with a manifold. I will get you some numbers and send them back. You just pay the shipping both ways.

Anyone have the flow numbers for the exhaust for CNC CB Street Eliminators 44mm / 37.5mm circa 2008?
I can find the intake both in the first post and by using the wayback machine, but I cannot find the exhaust.
Pat and Marianne both said they do not have them, waiting on a reply from Mark Lawless to see if he knows if they are collecting dust somewhere at CB.

some stock numbers for the chart:

043-101-375H - early 2000s castings (2001, 2003, 2003), small valve FI head 33mm/30mm valves

41-43cc chambers on the 3 I've measured (without the step). Step has been a consistent .054" on all 6 bores. (fairly low mile used - 2 have 8k, the 3rd isnt known)

Looks like a custom piston dome is going to be used because of the shape. I think a large dome piston for 1600 based builds sure would help the efficiency of all those semi hemi heads sitting on the shelves and even the stock type chamber design.

A domed, forged, thin ring pack piston in 88mm would be a best seller with a 92 coming in a close second. A 'B' pin height would also open up a lot more options for the 88 since they have not been available for decades

I might have to try machining some seats in the future!

Heads latest upgrade with modifications to intake throat, valve seat and chamber. Flow improved from 262.5cfm to 277.5cfm at 25"H2O or from 277.7cfm to 293.6 cfm at 28"H2O.
Very exciting!
I guess with this upgrade I have to change the name of the heads from MS250 to MS260

Look at all those fins!!!!

And the air flow going right down the middle in between the cylinders!!!

Those guys definitely know what they are doing....very cool Cool

Looks like more than adequate air flow through the middle of the head as you point out. A custom lower deflector plate will get the cooling air where it needs to be.

Also appears that there was some changes in the center cooling slot compared to the prototype shown above

That is type 4 head, 12.5mm more cylinder spacing.

It is a measure of how much air can flow through a given restriction over a period of time, cubic feet per minute

Low in this case would be stock flow as a baseline (heads at top of chart)

The general thought is the HP possibility is related to the amount of max flow (200 cfm could possibly get 200HP with all things being perfect).

I am wondering why CB heads like yours have a shallow (0.010"?) step on the deck surface? I have a set of SuprPro's that are the same. I am trying to get max compression ratio and this is working against me. Anyone know?
