Top colour shot
And good info
First Deluxe is a pre52, with a top half/bumper repaint

This is from p7:

License plate shows the front bus is from Salzburg, Austria.
The typical advertisement of the area, says 'Glockner, 9h heute/today’
that is just short for 'Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse'. It's the highest altitude road of Austria and a 'must drive', now and then. quite infamous

There’s a couple of shots in this location. I’m sure I remember another one in colour.

That is another fantastic period shot, from Zell am See/Salzburg/Austria.
both the barndoor and post 55 bus have kneeheight accessory trim of Kohlruss style.
They appear to be real DLXs not coachbuild.
Kohlruss purchased their accessory aluminium trim from Italy. So it is possible that either KRSS added those trim pieces, or other coach builders were able to find and purchase that trim as well.

I love the single digit phone number (9) they used to have.

The shortest I remember was the one my grandparents had in the 70ies (229)

According google lens this is Hohritt Sasbachwalden. The successor building of the 1942 burnt down SS recreation center "Sternenwirtshaus Hotel". Nazi hotspot at that time... Well...

Edit: not successor building but part of the complex called "Burg Hohritt" - castle Hohritt...

Yes, we like that one

Coachbuilt early Barndoor Panel conversion
19-window c/w 5-fold sunroof
Coachbuilder’s tag on the dogleg
Jaunty sign-writing, with picture
Smiling driver
Tyrol plate
Probably Dove Blue

It has it all

Yes, I think so
