Hey all, does anybody know or has anybody done a conversion that uses a KEP or Outfront Motorsports adapter plate with a Small Car engine mount? Or does the Small Car mount only work with their bellhousing? Thanks!

it will work. Most likely you will have to move the moustache bar, that the mounts connect to, back about an inch or so. This is no big deal. That is what I did.

| The motor mount and the bellhousing/adapter plate are two different items and they don't work together. You will have to redrill where the factory engine hanger bolts to the frame with any of the options including the bellhousing. |

Thanks guys. I like the Small Car mount and oil pan but I don't plan on getting the bellhousing (not a big fan of hydraulic thowout bearings). I want to make sure the different combinations of components I'm looking at will work before I take the plunge.

Hmmm, I have a KEP plate with a small car mount....

| I've run a KEP plate and SC mount for years..... 2.2....no problems. |

What exhaust/headers did you use to make this work on a syncro? Smallcar has the skid plate extension so I'm hoping to use that but not sure what kind of headers I need to make sure that works. I hear that you can even use the original splash guards with their kit? Is that right?
