Restored Bosch Brazilian 009 distributor Price: 145.00
|
These Brazilian Bosch 009 distributor are excellent and just as good as the German made 009's. They are completely disassembled with everything cleaned spotless and then inspected. They are reassembled with everything lubricated with Bosch distributor grease. Both mainshaft fiber washers are replaced with new fiber washers. The external distributor cap clips, screws and brackets are re bright zinc plated as is the drive dog. The screws are also re plated or replaced. Finally, the points plate is also re-zinc plated. The drive dog and distributor cap clips are zinc plated and then dipped in a black chromate for an original factory finish.
These Brazilian Bosch distributors come with new points/condenser and cap and rotor. Also included is a new dust cap. They are superior to any of the new Chinese clones sold today.
Post restoration, these distributors are run on my Sun distributor machine. Their advance curves are checked to insure they are exactly like the German 009. The dwell is set and they just need to be installed and the timing set.
