Restored 111905205L, M, N or J Bosch distributor Price: 190.00
|
These are restored Bosch 111905205L, M, N or J SVA distributors. They are the same distributor no matter which letter the part number ends in. Each is fully disassembled. All the parts are cleaned spotless in an industrial parts cleaner and they are then inspected. The internal parts were re lubricated with Bosch distributor grease and new fiber washers were installed. The main shaft was shimmed to spec.
They come with the correct Bosch vacuum canister mounted. New points, condenser, distributor cap and rotor were installed. I also install new shaft o-rings. The distributor cap clips and drive dog are removed from the body. They are then stripped and re-zinc plated followed by a dip in black chromate. This returns them to factory appearance while providing decades of corrosion resistance. The two dust vents are removed and re-bright zinc plated as well. The screws are re-zinc plated or replaced with new.
These distributors will work with 40HP engines or any single port engine running their original German Solex 28 or 30 series carbs.
Each distributor is checked on my Sun Distributor machine post restoration to ensure they are in spec. The distributor are ready for decades of further use. The dwell is set and they are ready to install in your motor, set the timing and go.
