Restored 113905205K distributor NOS parts Price: 350.00
|
These are professionally restored German Bosch 113905205K German Bosch SVA distributors. These distributors are fully disassembled to the smallest part. All the parts are then cleaned in an industrial parts cleaner. All these parts are then measured and inspected with anything worn replaced. Any corrosion is removed. They are then reassembled with two new main shaft fiber washers after the pivoting parts are lubricated with Bosch distributor grease.
The main shafts are shimmed to spec. The original screws are stripped of their remaining zinc coatings and are then re bright zinc plated. The distributor cap clips are removed from the body. They along with the drive dog are stripped of their original coating. Then, they are re bright zinc plated followed by a dip in black chromate for long lasting rust protection. The two dust vents are removed and also re-bright zinc plated. The casting goes through a special process that removes the surface corrosion and any stains. It returns the casting back to a bright finish.
These distributors come with a rare, expensive and correct NOS German Bosch 210 vacuum canister and NOS German Bosch dark brown bakelite caps along with new points and condenser. A new dust cap is installed and a restored and correct distributor hold down clamp is included as well.
These distributors were used on 1966-67 bugs with single port engines running 30 series carbs. they will not work with a 34-3 carb.
