As I live in Mexico I have access to all the special Mexican Spec cars they made. If this one isn't for you I can find you one you will love.
Here we have a 1974 Mexican Spec Volkswagen Safari.
You might know this car as the Volkswagen Thing as it was sold in the US.
Fun fact: All 1973 - 194 Volkswagen Things that were sold in the US were made in Mexico. Hecho En Mexico.
Out back we have a 1600 cc 4 cylinder engine mated to a 4 speed manual transmission.
The black and yellow color scheme here is a love it or hate it situation. Please post in the comments if you like it or not.
The 5 spoke wheels have been color coded to the yellow. Again, like it or hate it, your call.
The interior features front bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl.
Being this car spends time with the top off or down, the vinyl upholstery makes sense.
If you have been keeping an eye on the values of these, yo know this is a good price for one of these.
Keep in mind this is a daily driver and not a restored car, so it will need some upkeep and improvements as you like.
Two pictures have been included showing the car driving on the highway. The car runs that good.
Rust is the nemesis of these cars. You can see that is not an issue here.

The vehicle delivered to the Nogales border will be $11,750 dollars. This includes delivery to the Nogales Arizona border from Southern Mexico.
