1967 21 Window Walkthru Deluxe Sunroof Microbus, Safari Windows, Clean Driver!
This tidy and genuine German 21 Window Bus was built on August 1, 1966, was originally delivered to Los Angeles, California, and has factory M codes of:
425, North American Export Package including:
MPH Speedometer, Sealed Beam Headlights, Hazard Warning Lights, Mountings For Safety Belts, Laminated Windscreen, Overrider Bumpers,
and Dual Circuit Braking System.
081, Split Front Seats, Walkthru, Microbus and Deluxe Models, Model 251 denotes Short Middle Seat, too.
114, 6 Popout Side Windows
Some of the features to note include:
*Safari Windshields
*California Black License Plates registered to the Bus
*Factory 12 Volt Electrical System
*15 Inch Bus Wheels with Radial Tires
*Vintage Aloha Surfboard Racks included in the sale!
The body and paint were refreshed in Sea Blue and Cumulus White some years ago and still present nicely for a driver class Bus. There are some flaws around including some paint flaked off on the driver's dogleg, the bottom of the rear hatch, and some old repairs on the bottom of the inner rocker where it meets the belly pan. If you're wanting a real German 21 Window Bus that looks great but is not trying to win trophies, this Bus could absolutely suit you!
The interior was redone some years ago and features all 3 rows of seats including the short middle seat, aftermarket door panels and carpeting, and it is comfortable and enjoyable without stressing about like you would on a first rate fresh restoration. This one is very user friendly!
Mechanically the Bus is fully turnkey and I can text or WhatsApp action video clips to seriously interested parties. My cell number is (858)366-2549 or WhatsApp Brendan Finn (858)366-2549 or you can always see them on our Instagram page, @holygrailgarage , too. The engine is a stock 1600 single port, stock reduction box transaxle, stock suspension and brakes, and a desirable factory 12 volt electrical system, too.
Bang for your Bus, this real German 21 Window is hard to beat. I can't see why anyone would ever consider building a fake one or even slow down to consider a Brazilian fake when you can have this presentable and enjoyable real German Deluxe for such a reasonable price! Thanks!
$55,000
Please note this 1967 21 Window is located in Coronado, California.
