Talking to the owner he’s got more than one of these and does events, weddings, parties etc. dispenses all types of beverages and or course BEER😂

the badge second left looks to be a gute fahrt 100,000km gathering badge with the vw factory buildings

Ah yes, thanks finster. The 2nd badge you showed has the VW powerplant before the construction of the 4 huge smokestacks (first 3 in '61, last one in '66)... and the location of the fall gathering of 100,000 (kilometer) milestone distance cars was the town of Erbach in the Odenwald, located south-east of Frankfurt.
