I know some folks are going, did you check with the Rivercity VW site? I know a couple of us are leaving early Friday. _________________ ---

Registered!
I live in Poulsbo which is on the Kitsap side of the Puget Sound. 12 mile drive and a ferry ride I'm in downtown Seattle.
There's not a lot of nice camping places in the Shoreline area. A few RV places are pointed out at the website.
I'd reccomend camping on the Kitsap side of the Olympic Penisula and then catching the ferry (Bainbrige Island/Seattle or Kingston/Edmonds) early Saturday morning to catch the Shoreline event. After the Shoreline event then catch the ferry back to the Kitsap Penisula to the Bremerton Event. I believe the Bremerton event has on-site camping. Lots of state and county parks in Kitsap County. Just google map it.
Ferry cost for car and driver is around $15. (collected both directions)
Ferry cost for passenger is about $6 each. (collected only westbound)
Anybody need info on local stuff just PM me _________________ Walküre Restoration Thread: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=737492 |

There is camping Saturday night at Bremerton Raceways.
I think there are some informal campings Friday night. _________________ The Obsolete Air-Cooled Documentation Project http://oacdp.org/ |
