Let me restore your VW/Porsche Pierburg fuel pump. Price: $125 and up

Sparxwerk's professionally restored/rebuilt German Pierburg fuel pumps. I can rebuild your Pierburg fuel pump whether its a 36HP fuel pump, dome top fuel pump, square top or type 4 fuel pump.
Each fuel pump is fully disassembled with all the parts cleaned in an industrial parts cleaner. They are then removed and carefully inspected for wear. Any worn part is replaced. The aluminum parts are media blasted with a special media that both removes stains and polishes the aluminum. Each fuel pump body casting goes through 5 separate milling machine operations to level all mating surfaces and valve seats. Every inlet/outlet valve is removed, reseated and sealed.
All the steel parts are stripped of their original, remaining zinc plating and are then re-bright zinc plated. Damaged screws are repaired and or replaced. I then dip the steel parts in either blue chromate or yellow chromate. All the zinc plating is done in house for quality control purposes.
I only install Effbe diaphragm assemblies on the original German Pierburg assemblies on the VW fuel pumps. I've tried all the current aftermarket rebuild kits for the VW pumps. All these kits are inferior to the original parts. Some of the Brazilian rebuild kits are simply junk.
I provide a two year warranty on all rebuilt fuel pumps.

Porsche 912 pump $145.00 labor plus parts
The fuel pumps sent to me to restore need to be complete with all the original parts, diaphragm assemblies, screws, springs, etc. If your pump is missing parts, I have spares for addition costs.
