If you have a 1960 bus, please let me know if it has a
6 fuse fuse box with screw wire ends
8 fuse fuse box with screw wire ends , or
8 fuse fuse box with push on wire connectors
Each kind has a different shape fuse box hole!
There are two kinds with 8 fuses, which want different shape holes in the drivers kick panel.
---------------------------------
Pocket door panels were originally used up through April 1961, but will fit all buses up through December '63. (with the pull style 'ice-pick' front door handles)
I also offer door panels with a modified pocket for the 12/63 through 67 buses with push button handles and the door prop.
A six- piece cab set with pockets for a 12/63-67 bus is also $365
A six- piece cab set with pockets and clip holes for 12/63 through 67 is $385
This kit is entirely made in the U.S.A..
I have used this kit in a number of my own personal buses and know for a fact that they fit well. I patterned my panels off of original panels to ensure a correct look.
The panels are made of a sturdy hardboard material and I have not experienced any serious warping issues, even in the soggy Pacific Northwest. I have used these panels for the last 10+ years and they hold up well. Tried & tested!
The grey paint is a water based latex paint which seems to hold up similar to the originals and was color matched off an N.O.S. panel.
The panels have a light texture to them which is as close to an original set as you're going to get.
The pockets are in-house reproductions, made of ABS plastic, and are installed using rivets that are nearly identical to the originals.

There are various changes to the roof panels and kick panels throughout the years, so please specify the year of your bus (and VIN if possible) when placing your order.
The roof panels changed in late 60 to mid 61. In fact, there was concurrent production, so a later bus could take the 'earlier' roof panels than an earlier bus. If your bus is a 1960 or 1961, please check these pics and let me know which style cab roof panels your bus takes.

Descriptions under the pics.
Kick Panels
- March '55 through 2/60 buses take kick panels to fit the 6-fuse fusebox.
- Feb 1960 through 6/60 take kick panels to fit the 8 fuse Screw connections fusebox. This fusebox was used for only a short time.
- In August 1960 the wiring went to push terminals on the wiring. 7/60 through 12/62 buses take kick panels that fit with the 8 fuse screw terminal fusebox.
- 12/62 the headlight buckets became more egg shaped, more round.
- April 1964, they moved the heat foot heat to come out a grill each side.
Let me know what kind of fuse box your bus has so I can send you the right kick panels!
Sometimes a nose job has been done, and the nose it has now might not be the same as it had when new. Or maybe one side was replaced, and the headlight buckets aren't the same. I can help you sort out oddball combinations.
I also make panels for other year & model buses, feel free to email me with your specific needs.
I accept checks by mail as well as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo
Worldwide shipping is available, please include a mailing address when inquiring so I can put together a shipping quote.

ON PRE- DRILLING SCREW HOLES:
When the door and roof panels were installed with screws, they used 23 screws per front door, and the same number along the top, the back, etc. I included a couple pics in this ad of my '56 westy with new door panels installed with original screw placement.
However, there was NOT exact standardized placement. That means a door panel from one bus won't have the screw holes line up when moved to another bus. Probably about 4-5 of the 23 holes will line up.
I do not pre-drill for screws because most won't line up with the screw holes in your bus.
Some people don't want extra holes in their doors! Also, PO may have put an over-size screw in, so you might want to avoid that location and drill a new hole.
You will have to get out a drill either way to drill holes in the panels or in the doors.
If you have new doors that have no existing screw holes, or just want screw holes, let me know.
Google "hole finder" for a great tool for saving time when re-using the original screw holes.
Thanks,
Clara
