Restored German Bosch 113905205M SVA distributor Price: 175.00
|
These are German Bosch 113905205M distributors that have been fully restored. These are completely disassembled, and then all parts are cleaned in an industrial parts cleaner. The parts were inspected and worn items are replaced. New fiber washers (2) were installed and it was re lubricated with Bosch grease.
The distributor cap clips are removed from the body. They are stripped and then zinc plated followed by a dip in black chromate for original appearance and years of corrosion resistance.
Original tested German Bosch vacuum canisters are installed. New points, rotor, condenser and caps are installed. Also included is the original thick German VW hold down clamps was restored, re-zinc plated and dipped in a black chromate to match the original finish.
Each distributor is checked on my Sun distributor machine after restoration to insure the distributor was in spec.
This distributor was installed in 1968 on bugs and buses running 30 series carbs. It will work perfect in any single port 1500-1600 engine running a 30 series carb. It's not a match for 34-3 carbs as that carb provides the wrong vacuum signal.
These restored, original Bosch distributors are vastly superior to the mechanical only 009's and poorly made Chinese distributors sold today.
