Restored German Bosch 113905205K distributors Price: 190.

These are professionally restored German Bosch 113905205K German Bosch SVA distributors. These distributors are fully disassembled to the smallest part. All the parts are then cleaned in industrial parts cleaner. All these parts are then measured and inspected with anything worn replaced. Any corrosion is removed. They are then reassembled with two new mainshaft fiber washers after the pivoting parts are lubricated with Bosch distributor grease.
The mainshafts are shimmed to spec. The original screws are stripped of their remaining zinc coatings and are then re bright zinc plated. The distributor cap clips are removed from the body. They along with the drive dog are stripped of their original coating. Then, they are re bright zinc plated followed by a dip in black chromate for long lasting rust protection. The casting goes through a special process that removes the surface corrosion and any stains. It returns the casting back to a bright finish.
These restored 205K distributors have used, tested, and correct, rare "star" pattern German Bosch vacuum canisters mounted.
New Bosch points and condensers along with a new rotor and cap are installed.
Every restored distributor is fully tested on my recently calibrated Sun distributor machine to ensure it meets Bosch's advance curve.
These 205K distributors were installed on 1966-1967 single port bugs running 30 series carbs. They will also work perfectly with any single port 1500-1600 engine running a 30 series carb. This distributor is not a match for the 34-3 carbs as that carb provides the wrong vacuum signal.
